I was asked to explain Obama Care in simple terms. I will answer here. The problem is that the real problems in cost of health care are caused by lawyers. They are the lobbyists that talk to and enrich politicians. They are the ones that bought and paid for the people in Congress. Not one single page of the thousand page health bill addressed the real problem of tort reform. Every doctor is raped every day by these lawyers and try to protect themselves from them. Private insurance companies have left states that have too many lawyers and corrupt politicians. California requires that just about anything you can think of must be covered. Very few companies want to got there. So now small business that provide over seventy percent of the jobs are the targets of lawyers and politicians because they will pay. Then they will need to lay off workers or go out of business. IRS will be the enforcer and the executioner. Charlie Rangel can lie, cheat and steal on just about everything. But he writes the taxes and Nancy will not remove him. She has only a l9 percent approval but since she is from California there is no way to get rid of her.
