I do plenty of DD for my own edification.

Although I don't see anybody else (with the obvious exception of johnnyfiber) doing any. What passes for DD on this board is something of an embarrassment.

DD is supposed to be an exercise performed to make an investor aware of the positives and negatives of a stock before he/she makes up his or her mind about the investment.

On this board what passes for DD is an exercise in which the already committed investor makes up his mind about what he/she expects to find and then goes out and finds as many, mostly unrelated, links as possible to fit into the preconception.

The results are chaotic at best as every fantasized version of reality is somehow touted to the board as fact. Whatever it is it is not DD.
