If you ask me, IMO, neither LondonWall Investment Ltd. nor the deal is real. I guess its a pump and dump game. Nothing more than that. Most of the inconsistence did you discovered already. And more can be found. Go to pinksheets.com look at the last fillings and ask your self, how is this corp. able to supporting a whole development division for solar collectors which should be much better than the standard solar collectors of whose competitors?

I did not much DD on this stock, maybe I'm wrong with one or the other. But this corp. is a bit fishy! Its a gambling, IMO...
Do the best out of that. You have this knowledge and you know the rules!
