No! I did not get the name of the person. Like I said it was a general call with no pretense for any specific information or who I would talk too. I was as much after what the public word was with company, which what was offered and noted like everyone else we had not heard anything in a while.
I was asking to ensure they was still around and in business conducting business, which I thought were all reasonable questions. It was not a leak in any way the information was very general indicating yes they are still in business and yes they still have active operations and they did not give specific time or the nature of information but did say there should be some public information coming shorty.
Everything else is purely speculation. I think it can only be good and all of there other business moves seem to have sound business sense freeing them of legal problems, creating an excess of cash both immediate and long term while still maintaining hard assets with Contracts, Trademarks and other hard assets that lend to preparation of new business direction. We all have ideas on what that could be but based on the Management and based on what they have kept and what they sold I think there are some great options and I'm sure they will keep them all open while playing some early cards to get the ball rolling. If I did not mention, I did also ask about the Website, being the public face of the company for information and was told they are working on it and will have it back operational shortly as well.
Somebody else may have more information and know more. I think its going to be good based on the moves and we will hear something soon. I am hoping like everyone else when it does come out is good but I am optimistic! Most have been waiting for a while whats a little longer.
