Nowhere in any PR did BEHL ever say that a PR would come announcing contracts with a Mongolia.

BEHL PR's say "expected" on potential contracts. The blog itself says definitively that a PR will be released announcing contracts. It does not say expected or possibly it clearly states the following.

Dennis Fisher did tell me their will be a PR this week announcing contracts with Mongolia and here in the USA. Also BEHL will be releasing a video on youtube.

There will be and there is expected to be are 2 entirely different beasts.
