and this isn't a flipper, either. it should have a long run into December, which is the first deadline for the reorg filing. a lot of good things can happen for the company's business and its shareholders between now and then.

and remember, this may be the only Q that has said it's NOT their intention to cancel the common shares.

LEARQ has stated AS FACT that they intend to cancel their shares, and that piece of crap is hanging near .30
