I hear ya. I can't really blame TDA because this is such a stupid stock, it looks like the whole blame is on Errol for basically "freezing" everything through inaction or whatever (I'm being charitable 
I don't want the certs! I want the common stock in my portfolio!
Of course, if I get the certs, I can always paper a wall with them - hmmm, I do have some downstairs bathroom remodeling going on - seems like that would be an appropriate place to hang them...
