CHICAGO, IL--(Marketwire - 09/03/09) - STL Marketing Group (Pinksheets:STLK - News) (Formerly Image Worldwide) (Pinksheets:IMGW - News) announces that subsidiaries, St. Louis Packaging and STL Graphics Group, have already completed over $400,000 in orders for John Paul Mitchell Systems in 2009 and is increasing their 2009 order projection from $500,000 to over $700,000.00. The orders include printing custom packaging along with specific inserts in the cartons to be delivered in 2009. John Paul Mitchell Systems is the largest privately held beauty company in the world and has worked with St. Louis and STL since 2002.
STL Marketing Group (Pinksheets:STLK - News) today announced the effectiveness of its previously mentioned reverse and name change and that each five hundred (500) shares of the Common Stock of the Corporation issued and outstanding shall become one (1) share of Common Stock of the Corporation. Fractional or partial shares will not be issued and instead will be rounded up to the nearest whole number of shares. This reverse split becomes effective as of the market open on September 3, 2009. The new name and stock symbol have also been completed and the Corporation formerly known as Image Worldwide (Pinksheets:IMGW - News) is now STL Marketing Group (Pinksheets:STLK - News). STLK has a total of approximately 9,998,059 common outstanding shares after the reverse stock split.
