Don't worry too much about the 1031 customers. As Elis said, the judge ruled earlier this year (in a huge benefit to us) that the funds were not held in trust as the 1031ers believed, but that they would have to bargain like all other creditors to the bankrupt company. He then sent the case to mediation. That mediation is over, but results can not be released until final bankruptcy proceedings see:
