Fin....if it turns out to be SNP (which everything points to) it won't be a share deal. They want to get rid of their cash BEFORE it devalues....so it will most likely be all cash IMHO. I also think Ruby's higher number will be more like the actual deal....but then again....I invested in this co because of its assets.
