we can speculate about the PR but I'll throw this out fwiw.

Paul and Jerry have been going about their business securing manufacturing, dealing with colleges, sports teams and as important as all three getting ready to sell direct online.
Mach in his email mentioned that SSWH is waiting for accountants OK to release the PR.
This could be a huge part of the puzzle, that they now have the financing in place to reach their goals and won't be encumbered at the SEMA exhibition.
If this is the case I sure am glad I'm long in this one.
Of course this is all IMHO.
