I am amazed that people keep saying this.

How about:

- LOC (yes/no and amount)
- Buyback status
- Q4 affiliate transfers (if any)
- O/S at 5/31 and as of filing date
- RM ownership on 5/31
- other insider ownership on 5/31
- float (equal to O/S minus RM and other insider)
- financial details regarding RM share retirements
- possibly more about Dicon acquisition
- updated accounts receivables (and any unrecoverable amts)
- key ratios for Q4 like margins, revs/advertising dollar
- make up of revenues

The share structure information could be especially noteworthy. Doesn't any of this strike you as important?
