That is the hard thing with litigation. You never know what the judge/jury will rule.

If it is deemed that Land America was overly risky with funds under its control, the damages could leave us with nothing. On the other hand, the ruling could be that the persons investing in the exchange were or should have been fully aware of the risk involved and it is not Land America's responsibility at all, making the $40+ predictions accurate.

I tend to err on the conservative. I'm thinking we should be able to see at least a $1 or $2 when all the dust settles. But I am in no way guaranteeing even that much of a return.

In my opinion, at this price, (doubt it will go below $.07 on anything less than the utmost worst possible court decision)you will never be facing a huge loss.
