Financier's info is 100% false.

Call them and ask them about a non reporting pinksheet company's rules for a CEO or any other owner selling their shares.

The only way the SEC governs this is if the company has reorted to the SEC.

As I stated before, unless you can provide a link to these filings stating the insider holdings, which we both know dont exist. This info is false.

Financier may have called and simply asked his question without informing the person on the other end he was asking about a non reporting pink sheet company. That is very key to getting the proper info. Please call back again financier and then please remove your false post.
