ATNO is a 1 man show: Chris Dubeau. Look at the co. website. It's 1 34 yr old guy and 1 other guy. The company had numerous SEC complaints and were taken to court. They were ordered to cease and desist from doing illegal SEC things - like trading stock for services, amount other things. He also got in trouble for not having any Board members, not filing his business financial records for the past year, and for having a SHELL company that was operating other so called businesses. Basically the SEC has said he is doing business illegally. Here's the link.
