Read the I-box of VMC PSL 12 for more details (since there aren't going to be any important rules changes). But here is the simple version that you need to know.

1) Pick 6 stocks (Atleast 5 of them have to earnings)

2) All stocks have to be over .25

3) And meet a minimum volume requirement of $5,000 dollar volume a day which most stocks do.
