I don't think so. The sticky post implies that certain ASSETS held by LFGRQ are being contested in court as being potentially reserved for specific (customer?) groups as opposed to being part of the "general" asset pool to be used to settle liabilities.

All companies in Ch11 have liabilities subject to compromise.

If I could afford to buy all of them, I would not need to buy any of them and I sure wouldn't be spending time on the message boards!
