thanks, but--I can find no mention in that document of what subset of the assets, or value of same, is in question in the court case (not bankruptcy court overall, but the claims that certain assets are "reserved" - the case referred to in the "sticky" post at the top of the list).

That seems to be the key question - what is the net asset value if that ruling goes against the interests of shareholders?. That would seem to be a "floor" value here, with the full reported net asset value per share the upside given a "win".

I have taken a small starter position, but would certainly go in much larger if I could confidently establish that the per share value, net of liabilities, is substantially above today's price EVEN IF THE LAND EXCHANGE ruling goes against shareholders.

If I could afford to buy all of them, I would not need to buy any of them and I sure wouldn't be spending time on the message boards!
