We are trading down last week or so because we do not know the structure of the company when they buy the extra 40% of STS. Will it be dilutive or will it stay the same. The key is to have STS be a 51% owner to substain the Disable Veteran Small Business. This is vital to win contracts. I hope they can do that without stk dilution by legal procedures. If not I hope they do it by a prefered stk with more voting rights than common with few preferred shares issued. Once this issue is resolved then the stk can move forward it handled ight.
