i think the BIGGEST PROBLEM with BBDA is of the many ideas floating around, very few of them are well thought out or followed through on. the whole process seems rather jaded and scattered. this calendar contest, promos (including cars/festivals/fighters/fashion shows... etc) and the website are perfect examples.

spend the dollars and time getting the product into stores (at the very least work just one area or city hard). THEN when the products are visible and available... promote and market the h*ll out of it (IN THE AREA WHERE PEOPLE CAN BUY THE PRODUCTS). NOT the OTHER way around.
