I think you dont understand the stockmarket,these are games played by the MMs just to sccare teh commons they put the ask down so as to mop whoever is selling.I am not saying that there is some room for commons in the BK but if at all teh court does not grant the permission for the commons to be extinguished just like possibly then SSSCQ.
