"the extension is no big deal. happens all the time. however the fact that many shareholders were lied to about the 10k being done and submitted and just waiting for it to be posted speaks of the lying nature of this company."

I don't believe anyone on this board spoke to anyone in management. It's just BS to think a CEO or COO of a company would waste their time with wacko phone calls from investors.
