I am just guessing at the games the big boys play end of Q.I say they run it high for whatever reason by months end.I am seeing quite a few stocks heading to the 50 rsi after being above 70.I also see that most have not gone below the 50 for a some time this year.Just a sign I am looking at for a good bounce this month.Also many are not at the 50dma yet.Many are testing the popular averages like the 22/32.Just watching.lol Bob :))
