is it verified it was a sell? could be buyback.

I know you want in cheap and lower price ... not sure to cover or to establish the position. This stock has been heavily shorted lately I believe. A company selling shares wouldn't done what they have done in the last few session unless they NEED money in a hurry which I don't think it's the case here. I think it's more of shorting by MMs or a group of people. That shows from the negative posters here.
