I'm sorry - I am VERY confused...

Can someone help me understand why the attitude on this board has changed so much in the last couple of weeks? I've been following this stock for only a year, but I learned very early on from many of the intelligent, frequent posters that:

- YA is a toxic financer
- The market makers play with the stock price as if it was their personal yo-yo
- The stock has been consistently diluted
- Conference calls typically yield very little positive news or insight
- Management is painfully silent
- We don’t get to have shareholders meetings

I will yield to the board veterans on this one, but didn’t we know all of this a year ago? And the year before that?

I ask this question because, unless I am just completely crazy, we have a MUCH better chance of being successful now than we did a year ago - when there were no meaningful partnerships, no validated patents, no deals whatsoever. I bought into this stock over a year ago knowing all of the above. As did many of you.
Was I excited when we made it to .04? Yes. Am I disappointed that the stock is now below a penny? Only a little. Why? Because I have never forgotten the ugly truths at the top of this post. Just because the stock was up 1200% from a year ago doesn’t make YA any better, management any more competent or the patents any stronger. Just because it’s at .006 doesn’t make the reverse truer either. I haven’t held my breath during the conference calls and I don’t take stock in the many “wait for this date” posts that frequently show up on the board.
Plain and simple – I stay in this stock because I believe in the technology and this is the only publically traded way for me to participate. And it’s all or nothing for me. I was never hoping for just .04. It’s Retirement or a big write-off. Either way – I know the risks and understand this is not a day traders stock (again, for the reasons above).

So, for the sanity of the many NEOM faithful people on this board, can I recommend that we all stop acting like there is logic behind the stock price or that management is going to all of a sudden become transparent or that we’ll get a shareholders meeting? It’s not going to happen.
Either there will be major deals or there won’t. Either we’ll be bought or we won’t. Either we’ll win the Scambuy trial or we won’t. Trust me - these things won’t actually happen without us knowing. But to continually try to infer what’s about to happen or deduce sound reasoning from a manipulated stock price or muted management is just self-torture. So just be in or out – be long or gone. As frustrating as it is to acknowledge, there is nothing we can really do to move progress along faster. So, I suggest that if you believed before, keep believing.
Anyway, this is just my opinion and recommendation for better mental health smile
