Thanks Clownie, I love this guy like a brother, but he is a hardass, and an extremely wealthy one at that. You name it, this guy owns it. He was actually disappointed I hadn't taken my $$ out with a $120,000 profit. I explained this was a once in 50 year opportunity, and my surface explanation softened him up a bit. But he kept coming back to the commons. He is a generous man to a fault, but extremely discerning when throwing down his investment dollar.
