so i guess since sh did not promise to give us our .009 divy and shares in the new company, we should not believe that pr either? you cannot have it both ways. this is a scam. we all know it. sh is a scam artist and liar. we all know it. not a single pr has been followed through on. we all know it. sh spun his shares into the new company. we do not know the conversion rate, but i would bet it would be different for us. but since it is not a in a pr and the word promise is not there, we should not expect to have sh follow through on his current bs either...should we?!
