For one, Bill Young is worthless and doesnt know JACK. Hes a flipping PR guy who answers phone calls from retail investors. Even talking to him is a complete waste of time.
Second, this is only about the 10-K. Its the single most important thing the company will ever do practically. This is it, if they make a mistake, it could all go up in flames. Believe it, there are a hand full of lawyers working on this. Its truly out of Spongetech's hands I believe. It has to be proof read and checked by multiple people. Alot of credibility is on the line, so obviously they are going to check and check again and not release it until it is 100% perfect.

This guy AYME is supporting the bid. Obviously the market is not losing faith in Spongetech like I had after 5pm last night until about now. AYME is inching up the bid, this is AWESOME.
I have no idea what a short squeeze looks like, but after watching level II for 6-8 months, strictly SPNG, this is what I imagine the beginning of the short squeeze looks like. There is no ability of the shorts to drive the price down any lower than AYME bids. He buys up all the share they are willing to sell him. The price continues to move up over the past few weeks. No matter what happens, AYME slowly moves his bid higher and higher over the weeks and prevents the PPS from falling below...
This is def the beginning of something big, Shareholders dont have the 10-K or any direction from the company, but we have an underlying bidder who wants to buy all the SPNG he can get, so Ill go with that. AYME KNOWS WHERE THE 10-K IS!!!
