Honestly, I think it's just people that bought under .01. They would have millions of shares and if they can sell at .03 and buy back lower they will. Big holders alone have the power to drop this stock and they will use it to their advantage. Some of them may have 300-400% gains sitting in their portfolio and its hard not to take those profit...this is JMO, but after buying this stock, I know this isn't dilution, just to hard to get filled.
