This is a problem some of our users experience when using Windows Vista. It is usually quite easy to sort out though.

In Internet Explorer go to Tools and then click on Internet Options.
Click on the Security tab.
Click on the Green tick marked "Trusted Sites".
Click the Sites button and add www.advfn.com into the list.
Click Close and then click OK.
Close Internet Explorer by clicking on the cross in the top right corner.
Re-open it and try the website again.
