finra says a stock can split whenever it wants just provide them the accurate details...........as of right now the 1st ,2nd and 3rd notice pr all state sept first at the close of business to qualify there is no minimum or no other requirements just own before the bell sept 1st 3 times now regardless of anything else i called finra and they said the companies can do and set whatever they want as far as forward split providing the payouts and all papers match!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I am going to buy some mopre tomorrow anyway so watch the trades for that 6mil buy order that will be me,
