its all very interesting stuff reading theses posts.
here is my take, firstly look at the trades there were alot of large buys at .03 today200k, 500k, 900k, etc etc also selling pressure, i do not believe anyone is buying 27k dollars of penny stock to loose but who knows.
secondly the pr reads to me first paragraph, finra said it WILL give the forward split date: atno had previously requested sept 1st.
second paragraph atno will wait for finra to give record date (ex,payable date) therefore: oh i called finra today they said very little except that a company can split when it wants and they require goes okay for the payments diviends splits etc; thgerefore tomorrow marks the date to qualify for the split.......
the announcement i expect after that will be the pay date...i have gainned and lost dividends and splits before because of the correct dates..... as of now consider the date of record to be sept first until some other news wire states clearly anything different....the night before the ex date doesnt count unless stated or other dates are not specified...........tomorrow see a run and low volume until pay date the fun should really begin.....good luckk ya shower of mad b*****ds............
