I get things occasionally from Transamerica for my mutual funds in the mail (In a Transamerica Envelope with Transamerica literature) but a note in the envelope says something like we are forwarding this on behalf or request of Transamerica and it's signed by Scottrade.

Perhaps the broker sent it on SPNG behalf ?
