I am a proud shareholder of SpongeTech and holding roughly around 124K position. I am sure you might have got the emails from many investors like me to inquire about the 10K that suppose to be filed TODAY. It's neither been filed nor any press release from the company regarding the DELAY as mentioned in the PR from July 20, 2009 (..."The Fiscal Year 2009 and the 4th Quarter numbers are expected to be released in its Annual Report on Form 10-K at the end of August 2009."...).

Don't you think that company should atleast notify the shareholders if there is any delay in the filing? Can you please inform me on the actual filing date (if not already filed today)?
