Don't waste your time looking for 10-K tonite, won't happen..10-K's are posted no later than 5:30 pm EST...So get a good night's sleep and start all over again in the morning.

I still have NO idea why SPNG has until Sept.8th to file. Doesn't make sense. I hope in time, if SPNG wants to be one of the big boys they should start playing like the big boys and file on time and I hope they have a good SEC ATTY. they are going to need one.
