No - you are absolutely wrong - having taken classes in law school dealing with the interface of Canadian, British and US securities law, I can categorically confirm that there are MANY MANY ways to make a Canadian judgment enforceable in the US (FL or any other state). The question you have neglected to ask is whether any of the steps have been taken to facilitate this. That is a question that is most likely unanswerable by anyone on this forum as it would need detailed information on the filings etc. to see if this were the case. It is however, extremely foolish to say that "US law, has nothing to do with the medieval imperial law of canada" and one can only assume that you are greatly under-informed.
