they are a "Non-Accelerated Filer"

Also note this quote, "If a filing due date falls on a weekend or SEC holiday, the filing is due on the following business day."

The due date is today... now if that means it will be posted AH or pre-market tmr is really not an issue... What remains is that we have aprox 40 mins before this 10k is due out...
