#2. How many rual areas have you been to? Believe me, I have been to many and well water is king. Secondly, those that have tap, generally are not in a position to buy overpriced tap water. Common logic here, it costs too much to ship water.

#3. No, you can look up the industry after those incidents and see the decline.
