If the par value is .00001 on 5 billion shares and billions have been traded over the past few months why is the price only just now .0001? Is the value/price actually less than .0001 and we have to as retail investors pay .0001 b/c that is the base price allowed? And if so what is the true current price? Is there a site that would show that?
