The quote I cited came from a very early filing from the company. Are you saying that the articles of incorporation for BioCurex are written the same as the quote from the company you cited?

The fact is that if Moro does not nominate another director and have an election, he is doing a very half assed job running the company properly. Is that how you expect Moro to run the company?
