T Trades are not a form of dilution, they are simply trades made through the day that settled after close.

Ask your Broker what T Trades are.

L2 clearly indicates open market dilution. That is one of its clearest advantages.

There was IMHO no open market dilution on Tues which had the 94,780,000 shares traded.

Private Placements are Restricted and do not effect the float.

Buys only slightly outmatched sells that day by about 10%. I didn't keep track that day but did check the totals at days end.

Somebody sold a lot of shares and someone bought a lot of shares.
Others may have bought also due to the renewed activity.

We will likely never know the answer to Tues trading.

As I said it wasn't dilution IMHO according to L2.
