First of all, thanks for that post. Good stuff. Here is a section of your post:
"Company IR having recently confirmed for us the waiver intent."
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I take that statement as meaning they signed a waiver of intent in order to 'uplist' to a NASDAQ Capital Market company, as opposed to going to NASDAQ on their own. In other words, because they are planning to uplist to an already existing NCM company, the waiver of intent 'waives the need' to have a $4.00 share price. Yes or no? TIA.
