Fundamentally speaking, outlook for refined products is bleak. Yes we have had a run up, but ask any refiner about margins, and they are terrible. About the only profitable produuct is asphalt, but if that drops, look out. UNtil gas and diesel spreaks improve, oil is unlikely to continue its uptrend.
