when did you call? was it on Saturday? a small company like this im sure isnt in on saturdays. if they actually manufactured the equipment themselves maybe id be a little worried.

also i believe the .net addy is a typo it should be .com

ive sent email to them before and it hasnt gotten kicked back, and yes they responded about a question about the iptv service.
