Email from Steve from the beginning of JULY - last I heard from him. Judge the honesty for yourself. This is a public company and the investors have a right to know!

Scott,

Waiting to hear back on the schedule for a wire of funds to the company. I believe I'll know more later today.

Scott,

My apologies for my lack of availability. We just completed our 9-day training program intensive, in which I was working from 7a-midnight most of those days. Simultaneously and just prior to this, a best friends' child died suddenly, our building sustained significant flood damage, and a major server used in the training program crashed along with my laptop. This took up every waking minute of the past few weeks -- necessary to still produce the critical and wildly well-received training program without missing a beat, plus my ability to communicate has been even more severely hampered. For example, 3-days after the training program, I am now traveling, and am borrowing a 5-year old dinosaur of a laptop for 5 minutes to email you, and it took 15 minutes to connect to our corporate server, and has over-typed and deleted half of the sentences as I write.

Things are getting back into place, but I have now resumed some of the negotiations that have taken up most of my time recently -- we are working to finally close some significant rounds of financing and support to move forward on our various exciting projects with the appropriate resources for success.

These negotiations always take up more time and take longer as a PinkSheet company than they should -- regardless of the merit of our big opportunities. So, I am heavily embroiled in this right now. Depending on how things progress with this, I may be able to make payment to you as soon as today, but it also might take a few days more than that (I think that delay would mean sometime between tomorrow and early or mid next week), depending on how quickly expected funds are delivered to us. In that same timeframe, I think I could also deliver the stock option to you instead, which given all the plans the company is implementing now, might still be a desirable option for you. I will be speaking to my attorney late today regarding stock issuance.
