Because of the math and administrative methodology, I don't know if this should be used by anyone other than a day trader or by option players to capture risk. Underlying energy stocks in its portfolio index are nowhere near all time highs. Yet, this has come down from 70's to 15 area over the past year. Not a good way to play energy IMO. That's typical though of the short and leveraged ETF's.
