ok your link does show the shares, that does not mean they are going to use them. Remememer the 2.5 million credit line from the hedge fund and also the $300,000 for the aquistion. These shares could be used for this purpose but not sure, I don't know Billy personally. The green products I sold previously were mostly from West Coast Labs that Corporate Express acuired a few years back so EESO was my competition. I do know however Billy is very well respected in the green products industry as well as the business community in West Michigan and in the Fort Wayne area and if he did this it was for a good reason.
