from what I gather, the Chinese CEO will come to SJC first to check out phase II. I would imagine before signing... that should be soon - don't forget Dennis said in the radio interview that in Wuhan we have 105-110 acres allotted to us adjacent to a coal-fired steel mill - (just waiting to develop into a BEHL PBR!!!)
