you are absolutely right that they are selling.
i sell because they are selling.
they wont care what price it is now, as long as you want to buy. at current price, they already accumulate XXX% capital gain.
ask yourself this questions: who are you?who are they?if this is a valuable stock, would they have the mercy to sell to you now or later?
i am expecting for the price to collapse once more so that i can collect some (at least a million) and then i will talk to them in this blog on what i expect the share price to be or let IRS or SEC do the rest. The ball is on their foot and court.
