Ebz . . . Here is the way I am understanding the profit sharing at the moment: there is no proof that Walter has vended any of the claims into NSDM's name (this proof was promised back in February). There are recent searches turning up new claims in Walter's name only (no mention of NSDM anywhere for land claims). Therefore, the profits from the diamond sales go to Walter to fund the exploration and drilling projects and if there is a find it apparently will not benefit us but Walter Stunder only.

Did I miss where the Master Vending Agreement from Walter to NSDM has been executed and made available for viewing?
